Established in 1974, High Country Flies has been serving the needs of fly fishers in one of the great trout fly fishing Mecca’s of the world for over 35 years. Our shop is centrally located in Jackson Hole, Wyoming, one hour south of Yellowstone National Park, one hour east of the Henry’s Fork, one hour north of the Green River and just minutes from the Snake River and Grand Teton National Park. Being so centrally located has given us a unique perspective on the sport of fly fishing due to the sheer number and diversity of opportunities those of us lucky enough to live here enjoy. From brawling freestoners to placid spring creeks, we’ve seen it all and we’ve fished it all. The High Country Flies reputation has been founded on two fundamental principles – quality and service. Everything we sell must gain our personal seal of approval. If it doesn’t, you won’t find it on our web site or in our fly shop.
