In 2006 the company name was changed to California Fly Shop and the new store was built alongside the 101 freeway corridor, halfway between San Francisco and San Jose. Located in the city of San Carlos, the store resides in an area that is becoming a hub for the outdoor industry. California Fly Shop is a unique fly fishing specialty store.
